As great as it's been here in Mexico, it's also been awfully quiet around.  There are people waiting for us at home and we can't return to them without helping Rosa first.  But we also cannot stay in Mexico forever waiting for it to show up.   Onii-chan and I have been thinking...and have decided to go and search out the Coatlymon.  Anyone else in?

Being in Mexico and meeting Rosa and her family has been great and all, but still no sign of this Coatylmon yet... I'd like to think that it just decided to leave and the threat is over...but nothing really turns out that nicely, does it?  And besides, I can't shake this uneasy feeling I've been having.  Tailmon and Onii-chan kind of know about it too.  

I recently had a weird dream, but I haven't told anyone because, you know, it's just a dream right?  No need to think too much on it, right?  I was just surrounded with mist and saw a huge shiny creature fly by... and woke up covered in water droplets... it must have been my own sweat...  Nothing to worry about, right?

Greetings from Mexico!  (I'm on Onii-chan's laptop right now.. ^_^ )

Yes, we have arrived safe and sound!  It's soo hot here, I *almost* miss Japan's humidity...  

Sorry it's so short, but that was a long flight...jetlag.... -_-;

This afternoon I double-checked my bag that I'm bringing to Mexico...basically just a few changes of clothes and my D3 (Onii-chan did say to pack only the essentials)... and I had to pause for a second.  

I could've sworn I heard it... a cry, of some sort...or cries, actually... of anger, of pain, I couldn't tell.  

It was so faint.  

I stood out on the balcony and listened carefully.  It wasn't coming from anywhere nearby...
I listened even more closely....it was not even from Odaiba.  
Was it...the Digimon that are passing into the real world again...?  Or worse, the people they are hurting...? What was it?

Guys, I'm starting to worry.  I hope we can get to Mexico as soon as possible.....

Because it looks like at the moment, our help is needed elsewhere.  Rosa, you are absolutely right -- we Chosen Children are a team, no matter where we live in the world.  Don't you worry, help is on the way.  

Only question is: where can we stay in the meantime?  We don't have any relatives or anything in Mexico, so if you can point us in the direction of any place to lodge, that would be wonderful, Rosa.  =)

To the Japanese chosen children and partner Digimon -- Happy 8-Year Anniversary!  

Although I wasn't at summer camp with you guys when the adventure all started, I'll still never forget that day Onii-chan and Koromon suddenly came home and all those evil Digimon started showing up around Odaiba.  I could tell immediately that even though at the time I thought it had only been a day since Onii-chan left home, he had definitely changed.  And when he returned to the Digital World was when I finally felt some of the weight of the responsibility of a Chosen Child...  

But aside from hard times like that, we've also had so many good times and made new friends since then -- 8 years worth of it!  Can't wait for the annual Anniversary get-together!  See you guys in a bit~!

Can you believe that in 6 days...it will have already been 8 years since this all began?  Since we all met...?

So how has everyone been?  I finally adjusted from France to Japan time.  Ah, being in France with Mimi-san, her folks,  and Tailmon was really fun!  The sights, the food, the people... it was all so different and interesting.  Thank you so much for bringing me and Tailmon along, Mimi-san!  It was such a good experience and I feel we've gotten closer from this trip.  =)

Well, I picked up some souvenirs for you guys so if you want 'em, let me know when you wanna get together so I can give it to you personally!  :D

(OOC:  *ahem*, Sorry about my absence.  It was just one thing after another... a weekend in San Fransisco, followed by July 4th, then a week in Vegas, and then a midterm... I'm not dead, really ^^ )

Bonjour, minna!  Oh, it's been so great here in France with Mimi-san and Tailmon -- I wish all of you could have come too!  (but that would have cost a fortune ^^;  )

Well, I guess it's time to savor these last days in France because we're coming home soon!!  In case you didn't run it by Mimi-san already -- last call for souvenirs~!

(It's my breaktime so I decided to sneak onto one of our computers at work... ^^ ) 

Odd... Onii-chan never gets sick. And what timing, too; I was still a little upset about the disaster with the Hoi brothers... but I guess I'll have to let that slide (for now). Daisuke-kun, you're still not off the hook for attacking Sai Yau-san XD.   Onii-chan, I had to leave early this morning for work, but I hope you found the omlette I cooked for you and Agumon in the fridge. Feel better soon because you have to be in top shape for your "devising"! 

I'll be a little busy this week because my co-worker Yui-kun came down with something so I've been taking his shifts. (Weird that I'm not the one getting sick this time!) He should be back to work by Wednesday or Thursday, so I should be more available then. 

Daisuke-kun, give me a call sometime because Rikki-san's birthday should be coming up soon... Speaking of birthdays, I still have to get Sora-san a present... Mimi-san, maybe I can tag along with you shopping sometime...? Jou-sempai, I hope you received my gift for Rie-san and I pray for a safe delivery. Shuu-san, I'll give you a call sometime this week for the interview; Wallace-kun, you give me a call when you're back in Japan. Takeru-kun, keep me updated with the plotting plans. 

*Phew*... did I miss anything? ^^;

Before I knew it, it was morning and my phone was still flipped open on my pillow, battery dead...   

Oh I feel so bad for falling asleep on Daisuke-kun on the phone like that last night.  Hm... however...  somehow, it was kind of comfortable talking to him... like that...  that I felt I could just drift off and it would be alright.  The way he said "Never at you..."  He's always kinda been like that.  No matter what I did, how much I teased, he never seemed to get mad at me. 

Hikari fumbled the slim pink cell phone in her pocket.  She hadn't seen Daisuke since...when was it...January...?  February...?  It felt a little odd to be calling him again after so long...  but in a way, Hikari was a little happy.  It's was nice that she was starting to get back in touch with her friends.  

Hikari smiled and speed-dialed Daisuke.  I hope he picks up so I can invite him, Hikari thought.
